Mike Johnson grew up in the Salt Lake Valley, where a strong work ethic and a passion for fixing things were part of everyday life. From an early age, he was the kid who wanted to know how everything worked — and more importantly, how to fix it when it didn't.
After completing his plumbing apprenticeship, Mike spent several years working for commercial and residential plumbing outfits throughout the Salt Lake metro area. He gained experience on everything from large commercial builds to the intricate challenges of older residential homes. But it was the residential work he loved most — the chance to sit down with a homeowner, understand their problem, and solve it the right way.
In 2011, Mike took the leap and founded Johnson's Plumbing & Drain Services. His vision was straightforward: a family-owned plumbing company that treated every customer the way he'd want his own family treated — with honesty, transparency, and quality work that would hold up for decades.
Today, Johnson's Plumbing serves all of Salt Lake, Utah, and Davis Counties. Mike is still hands-on with every job, personally overseeing the work and reviewing every quote before it goes out. The business has grown, but the values haven't changed.
